With user experience at its core, Defi.App was designed to serve everyone from crypto newcomers to experienced traders. But even with a powerful product, breaking through the noise of the competitive crypto space was no small task.
The Challenge
When Defi.App approached us, they had already built a solid product but were struggling with two key challenges:
1. Making the Platform Market-Fit
While the product was technically impressive, early feedback showed that many users didn’t fully understand its core benefits, especially gasless swaps. There was a need to simplify the messaging, align features with real user needs, and sharpen the way the platform was presented publicly.
This was not just a branding issue; it was about ensuring that people instantly understood the problem the platform solved and why they should trust it over others.
2. Onboarding Real Users Before and After Launch
Crypto users are notoriously skeptical and hard to impress. New platforms launch daily, and without trust and clear incentives, it’s tough to get real traction. Defi.App needed to:

The Strategy
