Client Overview

Nyla is an AI-powered agent built on Solana, designed to make peer-to-peer crypto transactions like tagging someone on X (formerly Twitter). Dubbed “the Venmo of Web3,” NYLA allows users to send and receive funds using simple social interactions with no complicated wallet addresses, no gas fees, and no technical hurdles.

Whether it’s sending $SOL to a friend, tipping a creator, or rewarding community members, NYLA automates the process. The agent generates wallets automatically, supports multiple chains like Solana, Ethereum, and Algorand, and integrates seamlessly into social media conversations.

At the heart of NYLA is the goal of making crypto payments truly social. Whether it’s tipping a creator on X (Twitter), paying a friend back for lunch, or transacting within digital communities, NYLA transforms everyday interactions into secure, instant payments.

NYLA’s mission is to make crypto feel natural, fun, and embedded in the platforms people already use, starting with X.

But getting people to use a new product, especially in the busy Solana ecosystem, requires more than just a good idea.

The Challenge

When NYLA approached us, they had a bold product and strong technology, but were facing two primary hurdles:

1. Getting Real Users to Transact

NYLA’s AI layer made it incredibly easy to send and receive funds on social media, but adoption was slow. People were curious, but unfamiliar with how it worked or why they should trust it. The team needed more users not just to sign up, but to start sending and receiving funds using NYLA’s tools.

2. Driving Brand Integrations and Ecosystem Growth

A major piece of NYLA’s vision was about scale, helping other brands integrate the AI agent into their communities and flows. But to attract partners, NYLA needed more than just a demo. They needed proof that their technology could drive usage, offer value, and fit smoothly into existing ecosystems.

They were ready to grow. They just needed the right momentum.

The Strategy

At Hyperfomo, we built a strategy that focused on two fronts:

  1. Social traction to boost individual usage
  2. Strategic partnerships to validate and scale the tech

1. X (Twitter) Campaign to Build Visibility & Trust

We used Twitter as the primary stage for awareness and education, meeting users where they were already active.

What we did:

  • Launched explainer threads breaking down how NYLA worked in 3 steps
  • Showed real-time swaps and testimonials with screenshots and timestamps
  • Created “You can do this too” visuals, guiding users to try NYLA for the first time
  • Ran weekly challenges, such as tipping creators, to spark P2P usage in public view
  • Engaged directly in replies and quote tweets, turning every question into a public education moment

The tone of the campaign was casual, social, and friendly, mirroring the product itself.

2. NYLA X Spaces Support

To deepen understanding and create real dialogue, we hosted a series of X Spaces with:

  • Founders explaining how NYLA was built
  • Demo walkthroughs with live P2P payments
  • Community use cases shared by early adopters
  • Partner brands joining to talk about how they were integrating the AI agent

These Spaces gave people a chance to hear from actual users and partners, building trust beyond posts and visuals.

3. Whitelisting Program for Brand Integration

We created a “Partner With NYLA” initiative to onboard aligned Web3 brands into the ecosystem.

Our approach:

  • Reached out to crypto-native communities where P2P payments could enhance engagement
  • Built co-branded content for each partner, showing how NYLA fit their ecosystem
  • Created private onboarding calls and demos for community leads
  • Provided copywriting and asset support to help partners announce NYLA usage
  • Ensured each integration included at least one public-facing utility (e.g., tipping, rewards, contests)

This wasn’t just a one-time announcement; it was about embedding NYLA’s tech where it mattered.

4. Content Designed to Go Viral and Build Authority

We knew that NYLA’s biggest edge was its usability. So, we created content that sparked curiosity and encouraged sharing:

  • “How I used NYLA to send 1 SOL in under 10 seconds” – short video content
  • “Most-used P2P tools on Solana right now” – comparison posts that naturally highlighted NYLA
  • Analytical posts showing volume, growth, and average transaction speed
  • Creator-focused promos, encouraging tip jars and P2P fan interactions using NYLA

We positioned NYLA not just as a product, but a movement toward effortless, everyday Web3 payments.

Results Achieved

The campaign delivered results that exceeded expectations across all key performance areas:

10+ Brands Integrated to NYLA Ecosystem

From NFT projects to creator DAOs, we helped onboard more than ten partner brands into the NYLA platform. Each integration came with tailored assets, adoption support, and actual in-community use of NYLA’s P2P tech.

1,000+ Users Onboarded

The campaign led to over 1,000 new users interacting with the NYLA agent and completing transactions, real usage, not just signups.

1000+ SOL Swapped Through NYLA

In total, over 1000 SOL was moved via the NYLA agent, showing both volume and trust from early adopters.

Increased Brand Awareness Across Solana Twitter

Multiple mentions by creators and partner brands helped NYLA become one of the most talked-about “payment tools” on Solana during the campaign window.

Final Thoughts

NYLA set out to redefine how peer-to-peer crypto payments work, and we helped them do it through trust, clarity, and social momentum.

For projects building at the intersection of AI, crypto, and community, early adoption isn’t about the press; it’s about real usage. Our role was to make NYLA feel
